Due to the Medical Devices Act (MPG) and the EU directives, the item described is sold as used without any guarantee or warranty, even if there is no malfunction. Any liability for defects occurring after handover is excluded. The buyer is expressly advised that he must comply with the regulations of the MPG and the Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPV) during commissioning and, if required, must have an appropriate safety inspection (STK) of the device carried out. The buyer is responsible for compliance.
